Clarity First. Business Second. AI Third. Results Always.
Sound familiar?
You paid to get their attention.
What happened next?
New inquiries sit in your list until somebody remembers to follow up.
Past customers haven’t heard from you, while you keep paying to find new ones.
You send everyone the same message because sorting the list feels like a weekend you don’t have.
You’re paying for ads or leads, and you’ve never once reached back out to your past customers.
New people come in, and nobody can say where they came from or whether that source is worth the money.
You pay for a CRM you barely use because it was never set up right in the first place.
Your customer list lives in a spreadsheet nobody has opened in months, and the thought of sorting it makes you tired.
Every contact cost you something to earn: an ad, a referral, a phone call, a free consult. When the list is a mess, all of that money just sits there.

Questions business owners ask
What do I do with a messy customer list?
Sort it before you spend another dollar on marketing. A messy list hides your best customers among people who signed up once and disappeared. The Relationship Reset cleans it up and groups everyone in 3–5 business days, so you can find who matters without digging.
My customers are scattered in spreadsheets, my phone and my email. How do I get them in one place?
Gather them into one spreadsheet and send it over — we'll clean it up, sort everyone into clear groups, and hand it back organized and ready to use. One spreadsheet is included, up to 500 contacts total. You don't have to clean it first — just tell us roughly who's who. If you have a contact system too, we'll work with both.
How do I get past customers to come back?
Start by knowing who they are. Most businesses never reach back out because past customers are buried in a list with everyone else. Once your list is sorted, you can send them a simple, relevant message and bring them back without paying for ads.
Should I spend more on ads or work my existing customer list first?
Work your existing list first. People who already know and trust you are far cheaper to win back than strangers are to win over. Ads make more sense once you know what your current contacts are worth.
How do I know which marketing is actually bringing in customers?
Track where each contact came from. When contacts are labeled by source—referral, Google, Facebook, an event—you can see which ones turn into paying customers and stop spending on the ones that don’t. We organize the source information your records already have.
I pay for a CRM but barely use it. Is it worth keeping?
Usually, yes—it just was never set up right. Most CRMs feel useless because the contacts inside them aren’t organized. Once they are, the tool you’re already paying for starts doing its job.
What does it mean to tag or segment contacts?
It means putting labels on people so you can find them in groups. For example: past customer, new lead, didn’t book, came from a referral. Labels let you send the right message to the right people instead of the same message to everyone.
How do I follow up with people who asked for a quote but never booked?
First, you need them grouped so you can find them. We review your sales pipeline—stages like quote sent and booked—so everyone who didn’t book is in one place. Following up takes minutes instead of digging through your whole list.
Do I need to switch to a new CRM?
No. We work inside the system you already have, whether that’s GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Keap, Zoho or something else. No new software and nothing to learn from scratch.
Is my customer information safe with you?
Yes. We only work with a copy — your originals stay where they are. We clean up the copy, hand the organized version back to you, and permanently delete ours once you confirm everything looks right. We never keep, share, or sell your contacts.
Can new contacts be sorted automatically?
Yes, as an optional add-on. We can set up your CRM to label new contacts the moment they come in, so nobody has to remember to do it. It depends on what your CRM allows, so we confirm it fits your system and quote it before any work begins.
What happens after the reset?
You get a recorded walkthrough of your cleaned-up system, a step-by-step guide and your Next 3 Improvements—the three changes that will make the biggest difference next. Do them yourself, or ask us to help.
What if I don’t have a CRM at all?
Then we'll work straight from your spreadsheet. Send us your contact list — messy is fine — and we'll clean it up, remove the duplicates, sort everyone into clear groups, and hand it back organized and ready to use, with a simple guide so it stays that way. If you ever want those contacts in a real system later, we'll show you that path — no pressure, nothing extra to buy.
How long does it take, and what do I need to do?
3–5 business days once we have what we need. You fill out the fit check, share your spreadsheet or give us access to your contact system, and answer a few quick questions about who's who. We handle the cleanup, sorting, and handoff.
What about duplicates or contacts we can’t identify?
We flag them for you to decide. We never guess who’s a customer or delete a questionable contact without your okay.
